I understand phase 2 is due to commence 01/04/16, in 29 days time. Please therefore confirm when Onlincolnshire will publish Phase 2 details so the public can see when and if their street/village/hamlet/town will get a cabinet/solution. Many thanks, Duncan Mckay.

Good Afternoon Duncan
We were in receipt of the Phase 2 Deployment Plan from BT, but sent it back for revision because we weren't happy with some parts of it. They are in the process of revisiting it and as soon as we get it, we will publish the high level details on the website.
We had hoped to have done this by now, but given the fact that we weren't happy with the first draft, we haven't yet been able to do so.
Regards
Steve

Hi Steve, many thanks for your reply. Having read the other posts on the forum, I'm glad you sent the original phase 2 plans back. Its vital we get as much out of BT as we can for the huge amount of money we are paying them. When you do get the revised Phase 2 plan back from BT and uploaded onto your website, please can you send out a special newsletter so everyone knows its there? Please don't wait until the following Friday etc. Many thanks, Duncan Mckay.

Hi Stephen,
Have you any rough date when we can expect to see the Phase 2 plan?
Thanks

Good Afternoon Brian,
I was supposed to get it last Friday, but BT pulled it back for a few adjustments.
Therefore, I'm hoping the end of this week and we will publish within a few days afterwards.

Hi Stephen
Thanks, I have had a look at the "Gainshare consultation NGA Intervention post codes" document and see my post code PE22 9HG which has 0 for "Basic White" and 11 for "SF White" sorry for my ignorance but what is "Basic White and SF White?
Thanks
Brian

Good Morning Brian,
'Basic White' refers to 'Basic' broadband which is defined as being between 2Mb/s and 24Mb/s download speeds. The 'White' designation refers to it not being in place, so if you are defined as 'White' you do not currently have it.
Superfast is defined as download speeds above 24Mb/s and the 'White' designation is as above.
In your example, 11 addresses are getting broadband between 2Mb/s and 24Mb/s and none of those addresses are getting Superfast at the moment.

Steve

Hi
I have now seen Phase 3 rollout and PE22 9HG is not included, two thing here what happened to Phase 2 and apart from moving home or Satellite what are my choices here. Also I take it a cut in Council Tax will be coming for us poor soles without superfast coverage :)
